Customs/import tax
If the products are shipped to countries besides Hong Kong, you may have to pay surcharges, various taxes, or send the relevant goods to the destination registration or application for an import permits, these fees, and document applications are subject to the laws of the destination. We can not control or predict the number of such fees, and will not bear any legal responsibility for the procedures for applying such payments or documents. Such as by completing the ordering process, you are willing to be responsible for all surcharges, taxes, or import document claims for the delivery of the responsibility of the ordered goods. If the final product is returned due to your failure to fulfill the responsibility of this declaration, you will need to pay the return shipping cost of the goods. We will deduct the shipping cost of the original order and the shipping cost of the return journey from the refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the items you receive have quality issues, please send an email to teahealss@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tags, labels, and packaging.

Please note that only one refund request can be made per each order.

Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.
