What payment methods are there?

How many shipping methods are there?

1. Hong Kong/Taiwan/China will be sent via SF Express. 2. Other overseas countries are sent via Hong Kong Post's Speedpost or DHL.
Is there a shipping fee for online shopping?

For purchases In Hong Kong and Macau, shipping is free for orders $300HKD or over. Orders less than $300 HKD, shipping fee is $30HKD. For Taiwan/China, shipping is free for orders $800HKD or over. Orders less than $800 HKD, shipping fee is $60HKD. For overseas countries will depend on the region and weight to determine the shipping fee charges.
How to track my order?

After the product is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email you have provided, including shipping details and tracking URL. You can also log in to "My Account" and track your order through "Orders". Please note: Uploading tracking data may take some time.
Do we provide customized services?
