SHIPPING & RETURN
Delivery method: Express shipping with tracking
For orders over HK$300 or above, the shipping fees can be waived.
Orders under HK$300 will be charged HK$30 for shipping.
Delivery time: After the products are sent, you will usually receive it within an estimate of 2 to 5 working days.
The following payment methods are accepted:

**note please keep the bank transfer slip and share a copy via email, WhatsApp or update it in "My order" to confirm receipt.
The estimated time of arrival will vary depending on the date and time when orders are received, external factors which include holiday seasons, weather situations, respective geographical situations, or other reasons beyond our control.
In case of any delivery problems (for example, the recipient's address is unknown, the
recipient or phone number is incorrect, the recipient refuses to receive, the recipient address is a post office box or a hotel, etc.), the delivery company will not arrange the return shipment. We are not responsible for treating it as a discarded item and will not arrange a refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the items you receive have quality issues, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tags, labels, and packaging.
Please note that only one refund request can be made per each order.
Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.
Currently, we offer 2 refund methods including:
Refund to your eStore wallet, which can be used in your next purchase.
Refund to your original account within 4-6 weeks, upon confirmation.
If there is any dispute, Tea Heals reserves the right of final decision.
